Shipping and returns

We are a small, independent business that also has a two brick-and-mortar local bike shops, so importance of customer satisfaction and good business practices runs deep with us. If we can do anything to improve your experience, please let us know! We want to exceed the expectations of everyone who comes to our site.


At this time, we only ship to US addresses. Rates and delivery options can be selected at checkout. We will ship all orders within two business days. If we anticipate a problem or delay in fulfilling your order, we will contact you within this time. Orders placed after 3:00 pm Mountain Time (5:00 pm Eastern) will be processed the next business day. If you have a more exacting time frame please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.


All new items in original packaging will be accepted within 30 days of an order's processing. Used items, items not in their original packaging, or returns beyond 30 days may be denied, but please contact us and we will likely be able to work out an exchange, credit, or partial credit--we want you to be happy! In either case, call or email us to obtain a return authorization (RA). Packages returned without an RA number will be refused and returned to sender.



All bikes are built, tuned, and test-ridden by our professional shop mechanics before being packaged for shipping. At a minimum, we remove the front wheel, handlebars, and saddle, possibly more. If you are not comfortable re-installing all of these components and performing a complete safety inspection after re-assembly, we recommend having your bike shipped to a trusty local bike shop.
