Option 1: Drop your bike off for an estimate. We'll discuss your concerns, keep your bike, and get back to you with a complete service quote within 1-2 business days. Then, with your approval, we will pick a date for you to bring the bike back, and if you need any parts ordered in, they'll be waiting for you.
Option 2: Set an appointment for drop-off. Text us with your contact info, your bike's make and model, and the service you'd like done, and we'll respond with the next available service date. Then you drop off your bike at any point before your service is due. Note that if we need to order parts to complete your repair, this may extend turnaround.
We really appreciate everyone's patience as we navigate this unprecedented time together. We know that being too busy is a good problem to have. As parts distributors and shipping carriers are experiencing similarly high volume, service completion may be delayed due to factors beyond our control.
