Ride Bikes. Drink Coffee. Be well.

We had already taken many preventative measures before Denver's stay-at-home order was issued, and the current (ever-evolving) plan is to continue operating in this way as long as the order is in effect:

We’ve reduced hours to Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 5 pm, CLOSED on Sunday & Monday. We’ve also at about half of our normal staff, so we're asking for some extra flexibility when it comes to turnaround time. We know it's a great time to ride, so we truly appreciate your patience.

We will only allow two total customers inside the store at a time. If the door is locked, it means we’re at capacity. We’re asking that customers either wait outside (six feet apart) or try back another time.

To minimize wait times, we’re encouraging customers to schedule their visits by texting ahead. This is to help us spread out our availability between customers, and isn’t a guarantee that we’ll be able to let you in at an exact time.

Normally, we're happy to do repairs while you wait and watch, but since essential business are still required to maintain social distancing, we are limiting service interactions to drop-off and pickup.

We will continue to regularly sanitize all shop surfaces, as well as every bike that comes through the door, and we’re washing our hands between every customer.

You’ve heard it a million times already, but it bears repeating: If you are showing any kind of symptoms, or even suspect you might be sick, stay home. The rest of you: wash your hands, stay six feet apart, don’t touch your face, and enjoy your backyard like never before.

Thanks for being the best customers ever!

Hey Holly, please call or text either shop to work this issue out. Our City Park location is turning repairs around in a week, our Highlands location around two weeks.

hello! i am trying to find the appointment schedule but i am struggling. i don’t need a tune up or anything, i just have a bike question in regards to my derailleur and the cables. i can’t figure out how
to shift up from the smaller cog to the larger one. also, there is a clicking when i am in the highest gear but i can’t tell if it’s from the chain guard running the chain or
    something more.

    best, holly
