Bike Service & Repair

Your Friendly Neighborhood Bicycle Mechanic

Our team of friendly, professional mechanics are equipped with all of the best tools and expertise to assess your bike's repair needs and provide a free quote for services. We are able to service bicycles of all shapes and sizes including electric bikes (eBikes), cargo bikes, mountain bikes (MTBs), kids bikes, vintage bikes, road bikes, and gravel bikes.

We really appreciate everyone's patience as we navigate this unprecedented time together. We know that being too busy is a good problem to have. As parts distributors and shipping carriers are experiencing similarly high volume, service completion may be delayed due to factors beyond our control. Please feel free to check in, but know that we will contact you when your bike is ready for pickup. Thank you, as always, for being a wonderful customer.

We are also certified to perform diagnostic inspections on Bosch, Shimano, and Yamaha eBike motors and systems.

Service Timeline and Procedures

Approximate ETAs for service:

  • Highlands: 1.5 - 2 weeks
  • City Park: 1 - 1.5 weeks

However, we don't need your bike for the entire time.

  • Option 1: Drop your bike off for an estimate. We'll discuss your concerns, keep your bike, and get back to you with a complete service quote within 1-2 business days. Then, with your approval, we will pick a date for you to bring the bike back, and if you need any parts ordered in, they'll be waiting for you.
  • Option 2: Set an appointment for drop-off. Text us with your contact info, your bike's make and model, and the service you'd like done, and we'll respond with the next available service date. Then you drop off your bike at any point before your service is due. Note that if we need to order parts to complete your repair, this may extend turnaround.

Shop bicycle pumps and inflators

It's natural for bicycle tires to go flat over time. Most of us pump our tires once or twice a week to keep them running fast and comfortable.

Tools for at-home repairs

We recommend keeping some basic tools on your bike in a saddle bag or at home. Shop a selection of in-stock tools below.
